Le Manoir Aux Quat'Saisons is owned by French Chef Raymond Blanc. The 2-acre organic kitchen garden produces 90 types of vegetable and 70 varieties of herb for the hotel's Michelin Star restaurant. The Malaysian Garden won a silver award in the 2005 Chelsea Flower Show. There is also an English Water Garden, a Japanese Tea Garden with a Tea House and a number of bronze statues and sculptures around the gardens.
