Reed Hall (formerly known as Northcote House) is a Victorian house and garden now used by the University of Exeter. The garden was made in the 1860s by Veitches the Exeter nursery, for a wealthy family. It has lakes, rock gardens, bedding, shrubberies, a sunken garden and a scented garden. Sylvia Crowe gave advice on the development of the campus.
