Hintlesham Hall is a Grade I listed Tudor manor house with a Georgian facade set in 175 acres of gardens (mainly twentieth century) and parkland. The award winning restaurant makes heavy use of the produce of the Herb Garden designed by chef/cookery writer/previous owner Robert Carrier.
