Marlia Villa Reale Garden

A late baroque garden designed by Morel for Napoleon's sister (Elisa Baciocchi Bonaparte) and restored in the early twentieth century. There is stately rectangular pool enclosed by hedges, more French than Italian in spirit. And a green amphitheatre, where Paganine used to perform for Baciocchi, a Grotto of Pan, a nymphaeum and a park.
