Tiroran House is situated on the south west side of the Isle of Mull and, in contrast to the islands rugged landscape the house and gardens are set in 17 acres of beautiful lush gardens and grounds, with a tumbling burn leading down to the sea. Lovely walks take you through the gardens with spectacular views and pretty sections such as the rose garden, the glen walk, orchard and beach. There are 7 bedrooms within the house and additionally two self catering cottages. All rooms are individual in style and decor, all ensuite and most have spectacular views across the garden and lawns, loch and hills beyond.
Tiroran House received 4 stars from Visit Scotland as quality assurance in the summer of 2006. Dining at Tiroran is also special because we try to always use local and Scottish ingredients, Katie is a cordon-bleu trained cook and everything on the menu is delicious and homemade.
