Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens

In 1997, Neil Armstrong, a local doctor, purchased 11 acres of land in a valley overlooking Mounts Bay and St Michael's Mount. The sub-tropical micro-climate allows tender plants such as cacti and agave to be grown outside. Armstrong is a great admirer of William Robinson and his conception of "The Wild Garden".  There are several contemporary sculptures.
