IX. CHURCH SERVICES. Almost every religious denomination and sect is represented in London, and the object of the following list is to mention the most centrally situated places of worship of each important denomination, besides others that are noted for their preachers or some special association. Every parish has its church belonging to the Church of England, and only a few of the most interesting are here mentioned. The hours of the principal services on Sunday are mentioned after each church. Many of the Saturday newspapers publish a list of preachers for the following day.
