Yelloways as greenways

Greenways for shopping and exploration 

Yelloways appeal to the mind. They are interesting for their own sakes, either for their man-made character or their natural character. A shopping street with good shopfronts is yellow. A walk through a varied natural habitat is yellow. People seek these spaces for the different types of interest they provide. Orangeways are intermediate between Yelloways and Redways. A busy pedestrian 'greenway' from a central station to a shopping centre is likely to be yellow or orange in mood and character.
