Cottages are of various sorts: one grand division is founded on the style of architecture employed, as Grecian, Gothic, Chinese, &c.; another, on the materials used, as stone, brick, timber unbarked, or wicker-work, with moss or mud; and another, on the peculiar style of different countries, as English, Swedish, Italian, &c.
