Ventnor Botanic Garden

A public park (opened in 1972) run as a botanical garden and taking advantage of the mild climate. The garden was largely destroyed by the "Great Storm" in October 1987 and had to be redeveloped and replanted. It is on the site of the former Royal National Chest Hospital.
