Château et Parc de Beauregard

Beauregard is a small 16th century chateau in the Loire Valley that has been much renovated since 1992. "Le Jardin des Portraits" was created by Gilles Clément, who designed the Parc André Citroën in Paris, and consists of 12 garden rooms. "Le Jardin des Enfants" was created by the current Countess du Pavilion in 2008 for her 12 children and 12 new oak trees were planted. The 18th century ice house has restored in 2008. There is also a rose garden and chapel. The castle itself holds an impressive portrait collection that tells the story 315 years of French political history (from 1328 to 1643).
