A sleek modern office block with a garden by Kathryn Gustafson. A cascade of water runs towards the river. Lateral canals run under the trees and between low mounds to join the cascade. Beyond the cascade and outside the office gate there is a riverside walk and a platform, over the water, with the most elegant curved steel seats.
