Gustafson, Kathryn

American landscape architect and artist Kathryn Gustafson grew up in Washington State and trained in fashion and fabrics design. She then studied landscape architecture in Paris. Gustafson's work includes: a park in Terrasson, France; a city square in Evry France; Headquarters buildings for Shell and Esso, in Franc; the Diana, Princess of Wales memorial fountain in Hyde Park, Londo; electricity pylons for a French electricity company; a courtyard in Whitehall; the Garden of Forgiveness in Beirut; a pedestrian bridge in Costa Mesa, California, a gasworks park in Amsterdam; the interior of the Great Glasshouse at the National Botanic Gardens of Wales.
