This is, without a doubt, a 5*garden, and if you can get there on one of the NGS open days, you won't be disappointed. The water garden, designed by Gertrude Jekyll in 1911, is stunning, and has a winding stream, traversed by Bargate stone paths. The Grade II listed house is a lovely backdrop to the garden.

(5.0/5)Had a wonderful visit to Vann in April 2009. The stream garden looked magnificent. Well worth a visit.
