The new Rose gardens wre my principal focus.. best appreciated from a much greater height to admire the quality of design..perhaps a climbable wembley-esque arch! Sadly there wasnt much fragrance to enjoy. I liked the blending of different pinks in closely arranged plantings.

A really magnificent garden for all seasons! Famous for its azaleas and colour displays in the spring; wonderful borders in summer and glorious autumn colour. Fantastic collection of rare and unusual trees, so stunning autumn leaves!
