Built in 1777, Balbirnie House is a Grade A listed Grecian style Georgian mansion set in a 416 acre Capability Brown style park. The park has a croquet lawn, an 18 hole golf course and is also home to a family of deer. The hotel is half an hour from both Edinburgh and St Andrews.
