Scone Palace Garden

The present form of the house dates from the early nineteenth century. It is set in a park with a lake and a pinetum. J C Loudon's design was not implemented but he would surely approve of the gardenesque tree collection. Scone was formerly the crowning place of the kings of Scotland.
