Dunster Castle Garden

A mainly nineteenth century house, designed by Anthony Salvin, on a rugged hill which once had a Norman motte-and-bailey. The site of Dunster Castle keep is now a bowling green. There is a terrace and a woodland garden on the slope of the hill, with a transition to the park and river meadows.
