A Spanish Revival house with set in an 11 acre estate designed by landscape architects Ralph Stevens and Lockwood de Forest and completed in 1933. The design is Mediterranean, Andalusian and Moorish - and a little Modernist too. Casa del Herrero means House of the Blacksmith. Ganna Walska Lotusland is close by - both properties require advance reservation and with planning could be visited on the same day.
