Brigit's Garden

Set in 11 acres of woodland and wildflower meadows, there are 4 gardens representing the seasonal Celtic Festivals: Samhain Winter Garden, Imbolc Spring Garden, Bealtaine Summer Garden and Lughnasa Autumn Garden. The Calendar Sundial is the largest sundial in Ireland an it tells the date as well as the time. The gardens were designed by Mary Reynolds, Gold Medal in the Chelsea Flower Show 2002. The design style is contemporary, with mainly native plantings and creative use of water, stone and art and craft work.
