The Bermuda Islands are a British territory in the Atlantic, 1000 miles east of Miami. The people are wealthy and the islands have a subtropical climate with a garden character, sandy beaches and cerulean blue waters. Plants have arrived from everywhere and there are few native species. It is a great place to see tropical plants and there are some attractive gardens and parks to visit. The climate is frost-free, warm, wet and excellent for plant growth. There is also a rich flora of undersea corals and marine plants.
