A landscape park made on the site of an earlier geometrical garden. It has many small temples and garden buildings set in a park which was designed by Thomas Cook in the manner of Lancelot Brown. It can be seen as an example of the Augustan Style. Humphry Repton was consulted but few of ideas were implemented.

Lord le Despencer, who owned West Wycombe, started the Hellfire Club in West Wycombe Caves. It was a dining club and the gentlemen used to bring girls who were reputed to dance naked for them in the caves.
