The Wat Pho is for sure a wonderful place, also to escape Bangkok street live. In the temple aria are nice little spots with holy trees and other plants, figures and places for spirits (nats). But to call it a garden might turn the expectations in a wrong direction.
To recommend another temple with great botanical arrangements is the golden mount.
A gorgeous little garden is the Sanaman Park, near Wat Pho. A lot of blooming plants, a pond with fountain (runs not all the time) and the illumination in the evening is worth to visit...
(The 4 stars are for the temple)
