We couldn't believe how poor these gardens were. A pity we hadn't read the previous review before we wasted our money. The place is extremely run down, with very odd themes. The ponds were in a poor state, as were the flower beds. Virtually no weeding carried out, and plant labelling was poor. How can you charge an entrance fee to see this????

A walk in the countryside is much better value. If you want to see a brilliant Arboretum go to Howick and see the real thing for very little more than you pay at Longframlington.

We were very dissapointed with this garden. The beds we saw were very tired and bare, the paths had weeds growing through and the grass was uncut. The coffee shop was closed despite the website showing that it would be opened. Definitely not worth the money in my view.
