Made by Japanese designers (1906-10) for a wealthy Scotsman, the gardens symbolise the progress of man from the Cave of Birth to the Gateway of Eternity. The gardens are interested as an example of the meeting of Eastern and Western cultures in a Western setting.

Opening times From 12th February to end October open daily 9:30am to 5pm., Winter opening 31st October - 23 Dec open 10am to 3:30pm., Closed 23rd December to 11th Februrary, except groups by request only.
Admission Adult €10.00 including entry to St Fiachra's Garden and a tour of the Stud. Free Car Parking.
