Hafez Tomb Garden

The tomb of a poet is an appealing theme for a garden and Hafez' work has an enduring popularity. The shrine was built in 1773 and the octagonal pavilion in 1935. The garden has beautiful pools and flowers but it lacks both the charm and the authenticity of an old garden.
