Go to Felbrigg Hall Garden
the village is long gone (not a clearance to make way for the house), only the church in the park are a reminder (worth a look for the royal brass). the park is pleasant and a good spot for wildlife (i've seen Barn Owl in the middle of the day in winter).
the main garden is given over to lawns and trees but I do like the walled garden. This has been well restored but is not overly manicured.
If not one of the top houses and gardens it's one of my favourites.

(3.0/5)The grounds are interesting enough but nothing special. The kitchen garden is well worth a visit though, as it has been lovingly worked on. A real treat.
