Robert Stodart Lorimer

A Scots Arts and Crafts architect and garden designer, born in Edinburgh. He was, the son of a lawyer and educated at Edinburgh Academy and Edinburgh University. Lorimer started a practice in 1892 and worked on a large number of country houses, castles and public buildings. He lived at Kellie Castle in East Fife.
