We took our grandchildren out for the day yesterday and came upon the Gobbett nursery. We decided to go and take a look. The two boys thoroughly enjoyed the experience. A good selection of rare fowl, ducks finches, etc also pigs and goats. The boys were particularly taken with the newly hatched chicks of that day. We were treated to an impromptu guided tour by a young girl collecting the eggs, who was extremely helpful and informative, and much to the delight of the two boys, allowed them to hold the hours old chicks.
They came away extremely happy. We hope to go again.(5.0/5) -
