Ordered vouchers for Xmas presents only to discover these were not sent to the people they should have been. When this was queried it was put right but no apology of any note received. Hope their plants are better than their customer service!

I went to Claire Austin's and was given an amazing catalogue of all the plants she sells. I found the lady that helped me knew a lot and was very helpful. After reading the other review I couldn't believe we are talking about the same place. I'll be buying from there again even if he's not!

Claire Austin garden center is the most rudest off places i have ever been there is no advice given there is no one to help you pick the right variety of plants for your soil in the end i walked away and went to roden nursery in my advice i would not tell any one to go to Claire Austin it is rude and unprofessional
