The Falcon Hotel

The building was originally a farmhouse, then an inn, and dates back to the sixteenth century. The Falcon Hotel is just opposite Castle Ashby, which has an interesting Victorian garden and park. The hotel has its own garden with a well-cared for lawn, herbaceous borders and a comprehensive vegetable patch.
