Schloss Eremitage Waghaeusel

The Hermitage is a baroque castle in Waghäusel, built 1724 -1729 by Michael Ludwig Rohrer. A sugar factory was built in the park in the twentieth century. It has been demolished and both castle and park are being restored. See information on Waghausel in Gothein's History of Garden Art.
