The chateau is a fifteenth century fortress. The walled rose garden was created in 2003 and is inspired by the history of the Middle Ages.

Opening times - March to October. Daily except Wednesday. Also open November to February Sundays and daily during school holidays (except Wednesdays). Closed Christmas and New Year.

    I think it is one of the most beautiful rose gardens in northern France. a previous poster mentioned that everything is messy but it gives more desire to stroll ...

    First impressions of the Rose garden are of a rather haphazard collection. On closer inspection there are quite a number of interesting French varieties.
    The quality of contruction of the beds is mediocre, and some varieties are not growing well so look thin & scraggy.
