I recently visited the Royal Gardens. Beautiful place. I learned a story about the tree nr 7, metasequoia of China. I did not know this was a living fossile discovered in 1941 for the first time as a living specimen in China by Wan Chun Cheng (a Chinese botanist, 1904-1983) and Hu Xiansu (1894-1968).
