Melk Stift Abbey Garden

Stift Melk was founded in 1089 but the present Baroque abbey was Jakob Prandtauer and built 1702 -1736. The garden was opened to the public in 2000. It is predominantly Baroque but there is a small and interesting medieval 'paradise garden'.
