The Wisteria umbrellas are at their best right now. (Mid May) A joy to see the abundance of the two varieties, sinensis on the umbrellas and floribunda on the vineyard colonnade. A grand and yet a family garden, with hand made wooden plant name tags hanging from the trees and home made scones in the tea room.

Simply amazing at bluebell time in Spring, and in Autumn with incredible colours. Lovely all thorugh summer, too.
You get a real sense of a family-owned garden, but with expert forethought, care and planting. I love the mix of formal and informal which works seamlessly here.
The homemade cakes are fab too!
