I agree! I visited Hestercombe about 25 years ago and then again last summer. The condition is much improved, though if I remember correctly the entry used to be free and now you have to pay!




(4.0/5)Oh why has nobody reviewed Hestercombe before now? it's quite glorious on a sunny day (and pretty impressive on a dull day too!).
Wander through the formal gardens or the wooded areas and admire the vistas over the surrounding countryside. A rare treat and quite definitely a 5* garden.
