The gardens claim to have one of America's largest Camellia collections and the largest formal rose garden in Florida. There is also a museum dating from the 1880s, a palm garden and a bamboo garden.

A stunning place, with the charming notion that visitors may take cuttings of the collection! The theme here is to show residents which plants do best, although there is also a conservation component. Very highly regarded and deserving of 4 stars, certainly.
