Gardens of the Lost City, Sun City

Sun City is a large entertainment center (with too many slot machines) but worth a visit to see the Palace of the Lost City (some have called it the Palace of Kitsch). The Palace is an expensive hotel. The botanical gardens have areas devoted to several habitats and an opulent garden with jacarandas, baobabs and tropical plants.
