Opening times - March to mid December. Opens 11am. Guided garden tours June to September every Wednesday and Sunday at 3pm.

    Darwin's home south of London is now a museum with an excellent exhibit about his life and work. The gardens are not large: I found the walled vegetable garden the most interesting with information about Darwin's work breeding peas, etc. We also took a lovely walk in the woodlands beyond the vegetable garden.
