A charming rural walk has been created along the line of a disused railway. It was designed by Maurice Pickering Associates and runs for 3.2km from Finsbury park to Highgate Station. This is one of the most successful greenway projects in London. It runs from Finsbury Park to Highgate Station.
Parkland Walk gives the user a countryside experience and appears to attract users for this reason. It is very popular with runners.
