Go to Seaside Nursery
The kofee shop was excellent. Germany

(5.0/5)I HAVE A SMALL HOBBY NURSERY IN THE UK AND I THOUGHT I HAD PROBLEMS UNTIL I VISITED THIS ESTABLISHMENT I ARRIVED WHEN THEY WERE CLOSED FOR LUNCH DOESN`T HAPPEN AT ANY OTHER NURSERY I KNOW OF POORLY PRESENTED ALL PLANTS NOT SOME POT BOUND WEEDY DEAD FOLIAGE ILLEGIBLE PLANT LABELS AND AN ATTENDANT ONLY INTERESTED IN HOW MUCH MONEY HE WAS GOING TO TAKE GARDEN CENTRE PRICES FOR AMATEUR QUALITY THE BAMBOO WERE AWFUL THE WHOLE PLACE LOOKED RUN DOWN. I KNOW SEASIDE PLANTS ARE DIFFICULT BUT A BIT MORE WORK INSTEAD OF JUMPING ON THE TILL WHEN SOMEONE WALKS IN MAY CURE THE PRESENTATION PROBLEMS.

(1.0/5)We have been going to this garden centre for years now, 90% of all plants planted here in Cashel have survived. Our site is facing the ocean and is very windy/eposed indeed. Great to see an establishment like this remaining in existence in Connemara where others have failed.

(5.0/5)I rather liked this nursery as I'm of a horticultural background I know that growing anything beside sea is not easy. Most plants were for seaside only.

(5.0/5)Visited Seaside nursery last Sunday July 3rd 2011. This time of year a nursery should be full and in full swing with loads of plants for sale. In all honesty it is one of the WORST nurseries I have ever been to. It was dirty and unkempt. The paths were full of weeds and that was before we got to the plants. The weeds had also encroached all over the plants and flower pots. Half the plants were dead or dying. The roses were the worst I have ever seen. Every rose for sale was covered with black spot. I have never known a nursery to close for lunch which they were when we got there. One member of staff and then he wasn't very friendly and spent most of the time playing on his mobile. NEVER AGAIN. The photo's on their website are not true.

(1.0/5)Great day out in connemara, lots of real plants not the usual dutch garbage.
