Directions Down A 38 in Plymouth direction or up A 38 in Exeter direction. Take Peartree turn off for Ashburton and follow brown flower signs to Hill House Nursery and/or Landscove. It's 2.5 miles of narrow and winding lanes through beautiful countryside, no turn offs, just keep going. From Totnes direction take A384 and turn right at Huxham's Cross, towards Staverton, over pack bridge, over level crossing, bear right, first turning left, go on to Landscove. These directions aren't suitable for coaches which should contact us for other directions.
