A formal water garden created for a development of luxury flats over a basement parking area. The design is based on several rectangular pools which have been successfully arranged with rocks, fountains and aquatic plants. The composition and its lush planting can be viewed from raised decks. Though small in scale in remains almost unique in London for quality of design in a confined area. Landscape designer Philip Hicks. The architects were Trehearne and Norman.
