Victoria Gardens

The Victoria Gardens lie west of the Palace of Westminster and are a fine example of the Victorian space to the provision of 'public parks': grass, trees, shrubs and monuments. The way in which London Plane trees overhang the water is as much a delight as a source of mystery: why has this not been done elsewhere on London's riverfront?

Though pleasant and reasonably well used, Victoria Gardens would benefit from some gaudy Victorian bedding.
