Swinton Park is a castle hotel set in 200 acres of gardens, parkland with a chain of five lakes and a herd of fallow deer. Swinton Park is the ancestral home of the Cunliffe-Lister family and the 4 acre walled garden was recently restored by Susan Cunliffe-Lister (Country Life Gardener of the Year 2001).
