Madrasah-ye Chahar Bagh or Madar-e Shah (the King's Mother).

The building dates from the last phase of the Safavid dynasty and was previously known as Madrasah-ye Madar-e Shah (Theological College of the Shah's Mother). A beautiful 2-storey buildings with a mirhab (the niche facing Mecca) encloses a planted courtyard with elegant pools. The devotional calm is palpable.
