The botanical garden was formerly the home of Bernice and Rutger Porter. Dating to the 1920s, the earliest buildings were constructed of adobe bricks made on site.There are now 16 theme gardens representing a variety of design and botanical traditions.

This is a nice botanic garden. Much smaller than I thought. Will not take a lot of time to go through, but lots of nice things. A few really large saguaros. Like the charm of the place, and friendly people.
