Gardenvisit Editorial

The park (also known as Zhongshan) now carries the name of China's first great revolutionary leader (Sun Yat-sen, 1866- 1925). It was a place where emperors celebrated gods of land and crops during the Ming Dynasty. There is an Altar of Land and Grains (1421) and a Hall of Worship.
