Stourhead House, an 18th Century Palladian Mansion, is situated at the top of the gardens surrounded by lawns and parkland.
National Gardens Scheme open day is taking place on Sat 7 May 2011.
Parking is provided in the top car park. Disabled parking in the lower car park.
Provision is made for disabled access.
There is a National Trust shop open daily from 10.00am
There is a National Trust restaurant open daily from 10.00am
Light refreshments are available.
There is a picnic area or picnics are allowed.
Dogs are welcome in the garden between November - February. Otherwise there are designated areas where you can take your dog. Please keep your dog on a short fixed lead at all times.
The garden has an alcohol license.
